"Our room was ok. Slider couldn't be locked, beds were worn out sunk in the middle. The Main pool needs to be resurfaced, shield at the bottom of the pool was broke. All ice machines were out of service, vending machines wouldn't work. Phone in the room did not work to order room service, or call front desk. Picked up our breakfast to take back to the room and they did not put fresh strawberries and whip cream on our Belgian waffle. Kind of disappointed, have been coming here for years. May...

"Room was quite spacious! Much more than your standard king room.
No ironing board, not a deal breaker and I didn’t call the front desk to see if I could borrow one so might have been an option.
We checked in later in the evening, around 9pm and while there was someone in the office, it was not your typical check in - didn’t have to show ID or present my CC.
Breakfast was an odd time, only 8:30-10am which may be typical for the area but did not work for our schedule so we never got to enjoy it....
