"Excellent breakfast Staff very helpful "

"This is a great hotel, better than the other five star hotel I stayed in Oslo a week ago. The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. Alexander at the front desk is one of the best i have met. My son accidentally broke the glass lamp in the room. They sent people to our room to clean up in the mid of the night. The lamp is not cheap. I offered to pay for the damage. Alexander said no need. It was an accident. It happens. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The Saga Hotel is a hidden gem in Oslo. It’s within walking distance to the city, yet in a lovely, quiet area. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. We felt safe and welcomed! It was so nice knowing we were going back to this lovely hotel after a day of sight seeing!! "

"Amazing location. Wasn't aware there's free washing machine facility that was super convenient. Very helpful staff. Dining options are limited with one option to dine at the hotel, or take away from pizzeria about 10mins walk / Pick up from kiwi store. Also found another takeaway away at Osthorn for one of the nights, pizzeria was not open during our stay."

"何よりも立地が非常に良かった。 特に良かったのは，閑静な住宅街にあるため非常に静かで，トラムの駅から近く，歩いてすぐの所にカフェやスーパーがあるので，ちょっとした食べ物や飲み物を購入するのに非常に便利。 また，部屋・水回りも非常に清潔で，シャワーの水圧も満足できるものだった。 アパートメント・タイプに宿泊するのは今回初めてだったのだが，私と同じく初めての人が注意すべきは，基本的にはタオル・シーツを変えてもらえないこと。 また，スタッフがホテルに全くいない（オスロ中央駅近くのVANDERのオフィスにいる）ので，何かトラブルがあった際は，普通にホテルに比べ手続きに時間が掛かるかも"

"Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Flughafen hat man mit der Bahn eine perfekte Anbindung und es sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Bahnstation zum Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Achten Stock mit einem herrlich großem Balkon. Die Betten war super bequem und dank der Vorhänge konnten wir das Zimmer so verdunkeln, dass die Nachtruhe nicht durch Tageslicht gestört wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Hammer. Smoothies, frisches Obst, Gemüse, Joghurt, Müsli, Aufschnitt, warme Theke,...

"We stayed in a large studio for 3 nights on the second floor. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and accessible. Showers had good water pressure and ran hot, the bathroom was large enough to move around, had a fan, large windows, and closet space, and great L’occitaine amenities. The only minor thing would be the shower stall, it’s quite small, though common in Europe. The location is lovely, and walking around frogner is a visually stunning experience. "

"The hotel is very good, as central to Oslo’s highlights as it gets. They provided a light meal in the evenings which we took advantage of, and breakfast in the mornings. Both were very good! The rooms are very clean and modern. The hotel is undergoing light renovations now but otherwise it was fine for our stay in Oslo."
