Great location before the castle

The location is excellent . If you want to see the Castle and other excursion. Plus it’s next to marina for various boat tours. Shops and restraints walkable distance. But it’s far from Jamaica beach. The breakfast is excellent, staff helpful. There is a spa in tge hotel but did not have a chance to use it.

Great location just outside the historic centre. The room was clean but was on the small side and we couldn’t open two suitcases without having to move one to the bed. The thermal spa was amazing and the spa facilities were great, there is just an unfortunate egg smell which can’t be helped. Overall I would recommend.

Hystorical Hotel, well managed , personnel very professional, but unaccettable to let the guests pay 12 eur / night for parking outside. If you pay the room , parking must be included . Only External guests for Spa should pay indeed the parking

A good 1 night stay, wouldn’t have stayed longer

3/5 we would score this stay. The smell was something else. I couldn’t describe it other than it was constant, put us off eating and made us feel sick. I struggled to breath well throughout the stay. Thankfully it wasn’t that obvious in our room. Room was clean, bed was decent, ok size. Food was good. Smell was terrible in the dining area and majorly puts you off eating, it’s like rotten egg. We arrived very early due to flight and wasn’t able to check in early. We waited hours at the hotel. They did offer for us to stay longer the next day which was very appreciated. It’s out of season, we didn’t know this. So everything mainly is shut and there’s not much about. It is very dated decor in the communal areas, very random seating and you almost don’t know what to do with yourself when you’re there.

I’m not someone who normally writes reviews and I hate complaining, but we couldn’t wait to check out of this hotel. The rooms were clean but the rest of the hotel is tired. The pool is a thermal pool which has sulphur in it, sadly this makes the whole hotel smell really badly of egg. I’d read reviews about an egg smell previously and I thought people were over reacting, but they weren’t, it was very bad. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The food was awful. We are aged 30 and all other guests were 70 . The pool also tarnished my jewellery, my fault for wearing it but I didn’t realise the pool was thermal until I got in and there were no signs to indicate this. My jewellery is badly damaged. We read lots of positive reviews before arriving so we were looking forward to staying, but sadly it was a terrible experience. Lake Garda itself is beautiful, would recommend visiting the lake but do not stay at this hotel.

Praktisk og fint hotell

Perfekt lokasjon hvis en ønsker å spise og hygge seg i gamlebyen. Dette er de siste hotellene før du havner i turist-kaoset, så ikke book hotell lengre ut på halvøyen hvis du kommer med bil! (Med unntak av nabohotellet, med 5 stjerner). Har basseng med vann fra varme kilder. Mye eldre mennesker som bor her, veldig rolig sted. Kanskje ikke egnet for småbarnsfamilier.

Mycket prisvärt hotell men hög servicenivå och bra hotell överlag. Fina rum med riktigt bra utsikt mot sjön. Stor balkong. Dock lite för hård säng samt att dubbelsängen for isär på mitten och inte satt ihop. Väldigt nära gamla staden och ruinen. Bra frukost!

No son aguas termales, es agua es tibia. El horario de acceso a la alberca supuestamente termal, es muy reducido, 8:30 a 19:00 hrs. Llegamos y estaba cerrada a la mañana siguiente encontraron un Cristal en la alberca y la cerraron durante tres horas, por lo que nunca pudimos entrar a las albercas. Y esa fue la única razón por la que seleccionamos al hotel.

Fantastisk hotel i hjertet av gamlebyen!

Fantastisk hotel i hjertet av gamlebyen! Vi kom med bil, og kjørte innenfor porten til hotellet hvor det var mange parkeringsplasser. Man kommer nesten ikke nærmere gamlebyen med bil, enn man gjør på dette hotellet. Rommet var fint innredet og hadde egen balkong. Hotellet hadde hage og basseng på baksiden, med utsikt og umiddelbar tilgang til Gardasjøen fra hagen. Det var også mange solsenger der disponibel til bruk for gjestene. 50 meter å gå inn porten til gamlebyen, og vi kunne ikke valgt et bedre hotel for oppholdet vårt i Sirmione.
