A wonderful property in Simpson Bay. Our room in the Villas, a king suite, was on the 6th floor and had a fantastic view of the bay and all of the boat traffic coming and going. Parking was easy and included as were beach towels with daily exchanges. We loved being able to book a day sail trip on the Lambada that departed from the dock right at the resort. Quite convenient ! Four on property restaurants and many more in walking distance.

Pool, Beach , restaurants , shops , coffee / snack bar , what’s there not to love! We used the very nice gym daily although an extra charge of 5/6$ per visit . Bartender at the main pool bar was fabulous ! Rolls weee comfortable , my boys loved the Murphy beds . Market close by , can walk to all the restaurants . Booked a second floor villa and it was perfect ! Loved this resort for our family spring break !

A beautiful hotel overlooking the Caribbean. They put us up at the last minute when our flight got cancelled. We snagged a poolside room and enjoyed the pool and bar for the evening. All the restaurants here are top notch too. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, good amenities and relaxed atmosphere. This is the only place in the Caribbean that I have not experienced harassment and aggressive behaviours, such as tip coercion, forcing services, etc. The citizens of St. Maarten are friendly and kind. The island also feels extremely safe. The staff at Simpson Bay are nice, professional and responsive.

The property was ok. Definitely needs renovations. My room was old and had old fortunate that was rusting. Bathroom wasn’t my favorite. Was outdated and bathtub was peeling and had missing grout. Beautiful, well maintained property with great location and amenities. Staff were friendly but seemed to lack training. However, rooms have no soundproofing with screaming kids, squealing chair legs across the tile floors, people pounding on doors and karaoke/reggae music playing all day and all night with rock hard mattresses that were so uncomfortable I got very little sleep and woke up in pain everyday
