Great place to stay in Sint Maarten. Beach is beautiful. Area is a bit hilly for people with walking and balance issues. Breakfast was great.

We had an oceanfront balcony. The view was beautiful, but we could not go on the balcony cause next door were smoking on the balcony even though it’s a non-smoking property.

I gave the hotel four out of five stars. Everything was fantastic. It only needs a few upgrades for it to be perfect.
