"The hotel is fairly new and is kept very clean. Easy arrival, pleasant welcome, easy checkin and access to room. Rooms are what you would expect from a City Express although we found this bed more comfortable than usual. The swimming pool has sun during the day so the water was warm - more so than many other hotel pools in Tuxtla. Also it was clean in the pool and around the pool area, with comfortable seating. Breakfast was sufficient although not quite as many options as we have experienced in other City Express hotels. This will be one of our top choices to stay in Tuxtla and the price is reasonable along with the amenities. Also it is next door to San Juan Leñero which means we will go for dinner there next time! And has easy access off the highway."

"CLEAN ROOM:The only problem is that when the person does the cleaning, they don't check that the hair conditioner is empty, and when they clean the room they don't refill it, they don't change the towels, and the trash cans don't have liners. SPA: The two people who attended to us were very professional, respectful, had a positive attitude, listened to our requests, and gave us massages according to how our bodies felt."
