"I have two very important notes to make about this hotel. The beds are very comfortable, and it's the best shower I ever had... Like I'm going to dream about that shower and worry I'll never experience one as nice as it again. I'm really worried about this. Seriously, stay here and try it for yourself and see what I'm talking about. How do I replicate this experience at home, or can I? Do I just move into this Hilton and not worry about it? "Everyday we had clean rooms clean towels even had water to drink and extra to make hot tea o coffee. The staff was awesome recommend short cuts to get to palaces. Also loved how staff was very attentive to your needs and made sure we were comfortable. If your thinking of staying here try there horchata iced coffee a MUST, "

"The service at the hotel is excellent. It's in a great location for walking around. Parking in Tuxtla is generally congested but spots can be found. The rooms are small. It is several small blocks to the center plaza (downtown). If you have a problem the staff will correct it. The heat pumps are super nice for AC.
In Chiapas, toilet paper goes in the waste can because the plumbing is delicate.
The hotel provides a small bottle of water each day of your stay, enough for an emergency and brushing...
