"The door lock was broken. The hot water went cold while you were in the shower. The whole hotel was dated and the staff was not helpful at all. We were there for a festival and we were working from like seven in the morning until nine at night and we come back and they hadn’t fixed the issues that we had and they’d ask us if we wanted to move rooms at nine thirtyish at night and we were too tired for that all I wanted to do at that point was go to bed. Take my shoes off not move all my stuff they should’ve fixed the room while we were gone in the 10 or 12 hours we were gone. One of the staff members told me that she would call me and let me know when it was fixed. She never called me. One of them lied and told us the manager would be in today Monday at 11 o’clock when we called at 11 o’clock today. The manager wasn’t in. They won’t be in until tomorrow. . Do not waste your money pay the same rates at a different hotel and get a clean one at that queen and probably updated. There were no amenities at all, not even a fridge."

"The most run down of all casinos in the row.. horrible bed. Actual stains on the ceiling. How do you get stains on the ceiling!?!?! Thin sheets. Should have spent a little more on eldorado or definitely silver legacy .. best part about the hotel was the extremely hot firehouse of a shower. You need it after wrecking your back on the crappy mattress"

"Horrible bed had springs almost popping through horrible pillows. People made noise all night long. Sounds like they live there. They weren’t there for the tourist attractions. It was just bad never stay at this place!!! Parking lot fills up so you won’t be able to find a park. Main thing is you can’t get any good sleep. Cleaning ladies are banging their carts and making noise just talking and talking and talking right by your window. My door barely closed because it has been kicked in so many times I hate that place!!!"
