Very easy walking distance to town and many activities around the house. Loved the house and everything around it. One issue we had was a few loud neighbors below us. Partying way past curfew time and was very inconsiderate.

The condo is perfectly located near restaurants, a grocery store and has ocean view. While on the water, it is a few steps away. The condo has noticeable wear and tear that the owners should address. Carpeting is stained in areas, refrigerator/freezer door doesn't open/close properly and sleeper couch doesn't work as it should. Overall, the condo did what we were hoping for, it was close to the beach, it had an ocean view and it was walking distance to the restaurants.
