"The location of the property was excellent. The home was clean and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the morning. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it easy for the six of us wash up and get ready for dinner after a fun fill day at the walkable beach. Beach was great. Having a pool at the property was great for the 2 youngsters. We also made use of the wagon that was available to carry items to the beach., The property is nothing fancy but a great value for the money. "

"Overall not my fav place to stay. Walls are paper thin- so make sure you book a top floor or a room with no one up top. Room was decent but very small. Bed was terrible .. I did not sleep for the 1st 2 nights because a group of 4 ppl were partying all night above us - 4 ppl to one room ?! Doesn’t seem to make sense when there is only one bed. Finally had it by the 3rd day to be told when asking if there was another room to move too that they are all booked up & sorry but nothing they can do.. Office staff are really not friendly - I think one lady was Lynn. The housekeepers were much nicer than the office staff-more down to earth.. Good thing about this property- you are walking distance from the beach with private beach access-literally the only plus I can walk away from this trip from.."

"The property was clean and stocked with cookware, towels, wash cloths, hand soap and shampoo, body wash products. They also provided beach towels and beach chairs which was appreciated. The reason I gave this property 4 and not a 5 because the bed was very uncomfortable for me. If your not one who can tolerate a firm mattress I’d take that into consideration. They also listed bikes at the property but they are not rideable. Both bikes have rusted chains and in one the kickstand was rusted and could not be moved. Considering this is a good property. "
