"Listing very accurate. There was no elevator so thankfully we were on the 1st level. Check in was smooth - expect communication on the day of trip. Place was small for 3 people (futon pulls out) and luggages but the clothing dryer in washroom was very handy. As some others have noted, there is a slight sewer smell but strongest in washroom. Outside was fine! Close to oshiage station and Tokyo skytree"

"A lovely modern hotel a little over 10 minutes away from Asakusa station. We started in a large 4 bedded room which we were satisfied with. Only 3 options for breakfast which was the same every day. (Bagel with same 3 filling options). Ok for one or two days, but beyond that wished for some variety "

"Checked in and out were smooth despite no physical person manning the reception, make sure yr smartphone has data roaming. Comfortable for a family of 5. Double bed a bit small if 2 big adults to share. Sensor lights at corridor and sink area [facing bedroom] can very annoying as they could go on and off. "Was left stranded in the night because the keys weren't organised.It was highly stressful before we finally got to our room. The room was supposedly 4 bed, but we got a double bed and a medium sofa bed and a small sofa bed, which made the sleep/stay more uncomfortable."
