"The bathroom exhaust and the hot tub were so loud it completely ruined the ambiance. The only provide colored towels (black and maroon) which is kind of gross because how can I determine if these towels are clean, breakfast was awful (granola bars, cereal bars, and cookies), and the customer service was very poor."

"Ice cold pool, broken glass on the floor due to poor cleanings and woke up to ants on the floor and coffee machine "
