It does what it says on the tin, the room was a bit small and dated and with no view at all (window directly on a fence panel), but it was clean and tidy. Bathroom was spacious, clean and modern. "I was very happy I paid extra for a Seaview room, the room was large and the view fantastic. Great location, right on the seafront, lovely and easy walk to either Brighton or Hove. My only concern was the bath/shower, it was an over the bath shower that was very narrow and slippery, I was very concerned about slipping."
