"The apartment itself was new and modern. Very well fitted out but lacked some basics. Great kitchen with fridge dishwashers, etc but no plates, dishes or cutlery. There are no facilities nearby, you need a taxi or walk and use train. A lot of construction around you and tat is the view. It is not close to Shekou, ferry, etc as stated which are a 15 minute taxi ride. Beds have nice linen but are on the hard side."

"We visited a number of the top 5 star, all are very high standard with competition driving very high standards, this hotel in my opinion is the best all around hotel in Shenzhen, perfect location with bay/sea views, next to shopping Mali with many restaurants and shops to choose. An excellent hotel in all areas and will stay there again on my return to Shenzhen "

"房間一股潮濕的味道，房間很小，大行李箱、登機箱，就沒有什麼位置，淋浴區黃斑大約2個月沒刷過一樣。進出時一直被問：退房嗎？充電很慢（不知道為什麼），行充充電6小時才充43%。唯一的好，是我去沃而馬、南油近，步行約15-25分鐘。"

"酒店陳舊不堪，要自己致電職員到前枱辦理入住及退房。房間內雖然有電視，但電線竟然不夠長度插入電源，而且所有遙控器均已經無電，亦找不到服務員更換。三樓為KTV而且營業至零晨，房間隔音非常差。"
