Hotel berdekatan Pelabuhan Teluk Shenzhen

"Wonderful! The room was incredible, the people were kind and friendly, we could walk to shopping, massage, and it was safe. The staff goes all out to help -- even take the luggage from the taxi and bring it all the way to the room. This was not a bellman, but the manager of the hotel herself! She was awesome! The bed was super soft and we wanted to sleep all day, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the gym was clean and well organized. We will stay here when we go again for sure."

"Wonderfully located. Beautiful architecture. Lovely rooms in size and quality. Very poor English usage though"

"Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. "Excellent and well Located hotel in a great area."

The room and the bathroom are too dark for my test and not much space but the bed is comfortable. The hotel is good for younger tourists but not for older people or some ladies who wants lights for the make-up routine."

"房間煙味很重，久久不散。空調温度調不了。服務員態度很好。"

"Very good environment"

"The hotel rooms were clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. However, my experience at the breakfast venue was deeply upsetting. While I was simply sitting and eating my meal, a group of Chinese guests suddenly started shouting at me from behind, clicking their tongues, and aggressively gesturing and pointing at me. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely frightened and threatened. I truly wish they would reflect on why their behavior faces criticism globally. It was a very sad...
