"My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. "

"Check-in time is at 3 and we arrived at 4:10. We were told someone paid for a late check-out and checked out at 4. The woman at the desk told me check-in is at 4 and the room wouldn’t be ready for 30 min. So, she lied about check-in time. Basically, they decided to make more money and screw us over. "Kevin at the front desk was kind, courteous and most friendly— super nice and accommodating young fellow. Also, Liz, who works her rear end off at the morning breakfast is amazing— worth a good tip every day. Super disappointed, however, in the breakfast—NO fault of Liz or her crew that works for breakfast. Have been going to this hotel at least once a year for many years now. "The front desk host, Erica was truly amazing. She made us feel welcome, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Having the shuttle take us to the hospital and back was so convenient. "

"Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there. "
