"My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Love how fun the hotel was. There is an art museum downstairs then the rooms are all colorful and so beautiful. The rooftop bar is next level and chill. They have comfy couches and go drinks and food with a wonderful view. Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Only downside is there’s no included breakfast but there is yummy restaurants near by."

"Check-in time is at 3 and we arrived at 4:10. We were told someone paid for a late check-out and checked out at 4. The woman at the desk told me check-in is at 4 and the room wouldn’t be ready for 30 min. So, she lied about check-in time. Basically, they decided to make more money and screw us over. The hotel is undergoing repairs and updating parts, so it was under construction, but glad to see improvements are being made. Our room furnace broke and we were getting heat only in there, it was hot. Then we were moved to another room for a night while they fixed. "Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there. "
