"The parking lot was the only good thing about this property. Their was bugs in the bathroom, the floor was so messed up it cut my foot. The staff was absolutely not helpful. Apparently being disabled doesn't mean much to them. Their is no elevator. The air conditioning didn’t cool down the room."

"Very nice hotel however, no elevators currently due to renovations. I was on the 4th floor so, very inconvenient. No info was provided until check in."

"Karmina was so super helpful! She was my first point of contact there and answered all my questions. I will credit her for making our stay extra special! Our room was spacious, extra clean and a great view. We hope to get a view facing East next time. There is also plenty to do in the area, we felt it was centrally located. We are definitely coming back!"

"The staff was very courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast was what I expected from a hotel complimentary buffet. We were in room 314 which was close to the elevator, and we we heard that noise during the night. The bed was also so soft, it was so sunken, and very low to the ground. But overall stay was very good."

"Solo traveler. The room was nice and spacious. I did notice some hair in the shower prior to using it. The location was nice and the breakfast was good! "

"The hotel was outdated. The rugs were old and musty and the elevator smelled. The pool lining was rough and needed an upgrade. The hotel room keys continuously malfunctioned and I needed to get new keys. The restaurant was not open Sunday or Monday. The breakfast buffet was similar to a continental free breakfast but dinner had excellent choices"
