"Good for overnight stay"

"The central forced-air heating had been turned off throughout the hotel after a recent heat wave. When we checked in it was 13°C outside and the room heat would not turn on. The Duty manager was unable to turn it on after five phone call attempts, requiring 20 mins wait each, allthis lasted until past 2AM, and waked-up by this manager calling to see if it was working yet. It was not, it was blowing colder air in to our room. He tried to move us to another room and same issue there, after 30mins...

"This was a great find for me ! With the Canadian exchange to British pounds, accommodations can end up being pricey in England. This Inn is reasonably priced & easy to get to from Gatwick airport ( one direct 8 min bus ride). But it excels in cleanliness & the staff, who I’ve found to be easy to reach & very helpful! The rooms are amply stocked with tea & bottled water & I found them to be quite comfortable!"

"Nice hotel, handy if you have an early flight. Food was lovely in the restaurant and the room was clean and perfectly fine. Only slight issue was I found the room too hot, even with the air con on max and its coldest setting. There's a bus to north terminal pretty much every ten minutes as well, although there was a charge or around £5.00"
