"Room was basic, bathroom needed a major upgrade, carpet should be replaced with hardwood floors of some kind. Late night check in was ridiculous thankfully I found a phone number to wake the guy up and get checked in after about 20min of ringing the doorbell "

"Don’t be fooled by the photo in the description. The very tiny pool is basically sitting in the parking lot. The front desk didn’t know whether the workout room was still under renovations or not, and literally had to walk me to the area to find out. The bathroom shower tile was dirty and rusty along the entire bottom 12 inches. Our room which was described as simply a king size standard room, had a cement wall as the only view out the window. When I called the front desk, she described it as a “obstructed view“ lol – it was zero view at all to the point that the room was so dark we had to have all the lights on. No sunlight coming in because a cement wall blocked the entire thing. What a disappointing experience."
