"The hotel was ok, very hard to find staff, things left in corridors from hotel rooms for almost a day and hot tub wasn’t working the whole of the time I stayed there "

"Good hotel, cleanliness is an issue for sure. Rooms clean is not bad. Pool & changing room, very poor condition of showers, floors, pool etc Breakfast was good on weekend but weekday, low staff & cleanliness etc all dropped again "

"Breakfast and dinner were perfect, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The only issue is the swimming pool, which has reserved times for other people (such as classes), and we are not allowed to use it during those periods. This was not made clear at the time of booking."

"The rooms were nice and clean, hotel staff were polite and helpful. They have a new booking system which caused a minor delay but was only an extra couple of minutes. Noise wasn't an issue, neither was parking. The only down side was only 1 lift was working, which was an issue on Sunday morning. Would happily stay again. "
