"Fab hotel in great location. Only 5-10 minutes walk from all the main attractions. Rooftop pool was welcome in the heat and never very busy when we were there in July. Staff at the pool bar and on reception were super helpful. Added bonus was the unexpected bottle of fizz in our room when we returned from a long day in Cadiz. Would recommend and stay there again if back in Seville."

"Hotel was about a 12-15 min walk to the main part of Seville but it was worth the walk for the pool, even tho small and sun beds are few and far between. Staff didn’t respond to an email I sent before we arrived but that’s ok. Hot water in the shower was a concern at times as it would be fine for a while but would all of a sudden scold you which you can jump out of but if you had a small child this would not be ok. Rooms were clean but air con was extremely noisy. Overall good."

Queremos hacer una mención especial para todo el personal del restaurante y especialmente para Isabel y Beatriz, un servicio excepcional con un bufete inigualable, todo estaba muy delicioso. "Excellent hotel, fantastic staff, very good amenities. Pool is not huge, but great for cooling off. Standard bedrooms are big, with air conditioning and a small fridge stocked as a mini bar. Breakfast buffet is huge, with a wide choice of food from meats, cheeses, bread, toast, eggs, bacon, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, to more traditional cakes. All areas are very clean. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk into the old centre, but it is a flat, easy walk. Buses and trams are available 2 minutes walk away, or taxis are straight across the road. There's also a mini market across the street for water, milk, etc. Would very much recommend this hotel for a stay in Seville."

The location is perfect, making it easy to explore everything Seville has to offer. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The concierge and valet team were outstanding, always going above and beyond to help with recommendations, transport, and ensuring our stay was seamless. The bar staff were fantastic—warm, attentive, and always happy to make recommendations. The breakfast team also deserves special praise for their excellent service and the quality and variety of the food each morning. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and spotless, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the high standard of the hotel, the service, and its prime location, it represented excellent value for money. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville. We would happily stay here again."
