"The hotel is a gem in Seville. We thought it would be too far from downtown but it was just an oasis after a busy day at the historic district. The staff were amazing. "The hotel itself was clean and well maintained although it did look a little tired. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent. The breakfast was average for a 5 star hotel. I would question the wisdom of showing a live football match next to the restaurant and bar, with the accompanying shouting and jeering for nearly 2 hours. Even the staff were getting annoyed with the mostly non-resident attendees as they flocked to the bar or hurried through the restaurant to have a quick cigarette. ...

"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "
