"Staff were very friendly and generally the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there was a lot of dust on the extract fan. But overall, would stay again and recommend!"

Other things they advertise in the hotel such as breakfast and wine and cheese daily are for an additional charge or membership, which travelers won’t usually have memberships. "The hotel is newly renovated which is very cozy. The location and environment is excellent. I used to live in Earl's court area when i visited London. The size of room is as small as usual (kind of London's standard). The flooring is non-carpet one (I like it~). The hotel provides coffee and water (cold and hot) for free, the coffee machine and water dispener located just next to the lobby, which make it stands out. Will definitly visit again. "

"Rooms need updating. Furniture is worn, curtains are very dusty. Our room had very visible signs of a leak in the ceiling. Waits for elevators are long and be prepared to stop at every floor going up and down. Despite the variety, breakfast is lacking in flavor. Coffee is instant, no creamer options. "I had a great stay at Point A Canary Wharf in London. The location is excellent just steps away from the Tube, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. It’s also in a nice, modern area with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is a good, affordable option. The rooms are compact but clean and comfortable, perfect if you’re mainly out exploring during the day. The common areas are on the smaller side, so it’s not really a place to hang out for long...

"We had a triple room in the annex building. Room had a decent size and in good condition, but a bit hot and air conditioning system made too much noise to leave on for long. Bed was a bit hard.
