"We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "Super Lage, nur über die Fußgängerpromenade und man ist direkt am Meer (schöner Sandstrand und flacher Zugang zum Wasser). Sehr schöne Anlage, Essensbereich (sowohl drinnen als auch draußen), schöner Poolbereich und schöner Pool. Einziges Manko: Zu wenige Liegen bzw die Gäste reservieren diese mit Handtüchern."

"My daughter and her friend were traveling to Valencia for a week. The whole team at the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make the girls feel welcome. They were so easy to communicate with before arrival! My daughter said, "The room was great! It was spacious and had probably the best bathroom I’ve ever seen in a European hotel. The restaurants around it are a little bit touristy -- but it is in a great location if you want to go to the beach or just stay in an area...

"It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late."

"Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time"
