Our 1bedroom was spacious and very clean. There’s small washer and styler for small amounts of laundry. Also the hotel price was reasonable for location. The only complaint was that no sign for hotel so it was a little bit difficult to find the hotel.

It is my second visit in last in 12 months, staying for 2-3 weeks each time. Very modern and convenient place to stay. The subway is about 2 blocks away. The front desk people are very kind and helpful. I did not cook.

This is my third time staying at this apartment residence in Seoul. This feels like home away home. It’s studio apartment with all the conveniences such as full kitchen, styler (in-home mini dry cleaning/wrinkle remover), and heated floors which is so helpful during cold season. The staff are so friendly and courteous. They send message every morning to check my convenient hours to refresh my room. There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping options. Locations is perfect as it’s near Nambu (3 train) terminal station and airport limousine station. It’s also walking distance to Seoul Arts Center.

I say go for the bigger rooms, its worth it! Overall quite nice. You can easily and quickly text with the front desk people. Personally I liked building A over building B but thats because i had a smaller room in building B before upgrading to building A. There is construction nearby as of September/October 2025, but its ok. You can check in at any time. They are quite flexible with cleaning and checkout and can hold your luggage.

Good for independent travelers

it was in a convenient location and the property was nice and probably good to stay at for trips that are longer than a few days. would recommend to stay here if you want to be able to be more independent traveling but still want some of the amenities (like room clean).
