Best breakfast ever! Amazing views, super clean and the best staff. This rooms were incredibly spacious despite the hotel being a smaller property. Highly recommend for travelers as it’s close to landmarks, shopping and transportation. Absolutely loved my stay here!

This was easily my best accommodation experience in Seoul. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making me feel right at home. I booked a corner suite with my two small children. The room exceeded expectations—it was wonderfully spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured an amazing view of the city. Having a comfortable, clean space to return to after exploring Seoul made the trip truly special. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay here again!

- Excellent location, only about a 10-minute walk to COEX Starfield Mall, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. Although the surrounding area is currently undergoing major redevelopment and some roads are blocked, the hotel remains easily accessible. - Staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the stay. - Spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean rooms. Appreciated the hard flooring instead of carpet, which felt cleaner and more hygienic. - Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, including both Western and Korean dishes. - The lobby is located on the 24th floor, while guest rooms are on floors 4-22. Guests returning from the ground-floor entrance or 2nd-floor restaurant must first travel to the 24th-floor lobby and then switch lifts to access their rooms. This lift arrangement is slightly inconvenient, though not a major concern. - The gym is not open 24 hours, which may be limiting for guests who prefer early morning or late-night workouts.

This hotel is a well run 5 star hotel, with excellent staff who were all very professional and friendly. The rooms are lovely, and my kids were endlessly entertained looking out at the major intersection and Times Square like ads . It’s conveniently situated by Coex Mall and centrally located in Gangnam. The entrance by car is on the backside of the hotel and is quite tight in terms of space. There is only an option to valet the car and you get only 30 min free, even if you are a guest of the hotel rather than a visitor. The elevators are also inconvenient as you can’t get to the 1st floor without first going to the 24th floor lobby. It is what it is given the tighter real estate in Korea but after having stayed at a more spacious 5 star hotel with better amenities and accommodations, including a kid’s playroom,

Impeccable service, nicely designed hotel, great breakfast. Only issue is that there are constructions by the road which may be beard in the room, but they do provide earplugs if it is a bother to you. Great stay, highly recommneded.

The hotel was very clean. There was a convenience store nearby and it was easy to arrange a taxi. It was very quiet and there was no noise stress. It was a shame that there was no sofa in the room.

The location was perfect, many shops in the area. It looked like Manhattan’s 5th street. The views made my Seoul trip very special. Price value 10/10

Staff are uniformly friendly and eager to please. View was incredible and we didn't mind the hearing the hum of a big, busy city. Location is fine for exploring Gangnam (we'd already stayed on the other side of the river) but the construction in front of the hotel does make it difficult for taxis. Make sure to ask for a taxi card to show your driver. 24-hour room service is great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and yes, the elevator system is maddening. A grand hotel should have a grand lobby. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
