Our first time to Seoul and this hotel is in a great location- convenient to Myeongdong subway station, the night market and loads of shops and eateries. The room was small by American standards but met our needs (mom and adult daughter trip). The room and hotel were clean and we had zero issues with our stay. We paid the extra for the mountain view and loved looking out at Seoul Tower.

The location is great, airport transfer to the hotel was easy as it’s easily accessible for the cars. it’s in Myeongdong, very close to exit 10 so away from the loud noises. Hotel is quiet. The breakfast is simple and space is small but the staff are willing to help. What we loved most was the staff. From helping to collect our parcels, storing our luggage, providing an extra key and lastly for helping us get a taxi to Seoul station - note for the distance it is VERY difficult to get a taxi but we needed one due to the amount of bags (6 luggage!). The staff walked with us to exit 10 and helped us get a jumbo. Thank you so much!

Room is small, i have to ask for my bedsheet to be replace. After 5days of stay. But the location of this hotel is really close by shopping area and street food area. By the way laundry area! The smell is sooo bad. Specially the smoking area. The breakfast is good. Robot delivery is entertaining.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love the location of this hotel, because it’s only steps away from the main shopping strip but it’s way less busy and more quiet. However, compared to last year, I found the hotel is not as clean as it was last time, there’s some obvious wear and tear, with some stains on the wall. There’s also a bad plumbing smell in the basement laundry area. Other than that, my kids loved the human-less front desk and the robot that delivery extra towel to us everyday. The breakfast was good with good variety and friendly staff.

We’ve been to Henna three times now, we always chose this hotel due to its cleanliness and location of the hotel. The facilities are very up to date and is super nice to be in. Staff are very nice, the people that sort the breakfast out are very friendly and easy to talk to as well, staff in general are nice as well. Breakfast from what I saw on reviews said that it lacked variety but when we were there it had lots of options and it changes everyday! One thing I will say are that rooms are very small, we got the Hollywood room and for the price you’d expect it to be spacious but unfortunately it was not, we struggled moving around our room due to our luggage and also because the bed was MASSIVE I feel like you need to change the size of the bed for the Hollywood room or change the size of the whole room itself.

Henna Hotel is well located for firet time tourist! Myeongdong can be crowded and lively at night but Henna is located on the far end of the area so its quiet at night

We enjoyed our stay here very much - it is nothing special, however the location of the hotel is very convenient to explore Seoul. The rooms are quite small, however we loved that they had a window you could open for fresh air, and it was quiet at night.

The stay was so good, aircon was cool and nice, theres a auto bidet on the toilet, everyday was house kept. They even provided a robe for us. The location was great, walking distance away from the bustling Myeongdong. Would definitely stay here again!

I can say that everything was in order, a very good place, right on the shopping street. Interesting and unusual hotel. There is no view from the room. But that didn't bother us because we were only there to sleep. The breakfast is the same but there is enough choice. They clean every day. You check in and out yourself in the lobby. There is a money exchange machine. I recommend it.

Not a bad stay

The location and soundproofing was good. There were some slight issues with cleanliness as we found old contact lenses on the carpet which was a bit gross. Also we did try to get extra pillows but was told there were none available as the hotel was full.
