Staff were friendly and the room was clean, just like the pictures provided. The only issue was that the door/room werent good enough for soundproofing at times, I could hear people talking, doors banging, and vacuuming.

Great choices at breakfast buffet and all were delicious. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Has laundry facilities on third floor but didn’t get a chance to use it so unable to comment. Very clean and comfortable place to stay.

Especially clean hotel with the nicest and loveliest cleaning ladies! The rooms were a bit too small for two suitcases, but it is understandable as it is in central Myeongdong in Seoul close to both shopping, great restaurants and subways! The check in were also easy and overall a great hotel. Will come back!
