"I chose this location for its views, balcony and ratings as a romantic location to celebrate a very significant wedding anniversary. The hotel and staff delivered a mixed experience. While spacious enough and clean, the rooms were not necessarily aligned with the room rates. Some aspects were excellent and recently renovated, while others were a little tired. For the rate we paid it was a little disappointing. The rest of the facility had some excellent features and were certainly on-point...

"This hotel is wonderful. The accommodations are comfortable and modern. The food is outstanding - the breakfast is just incredible - literally anything you can imagine, no exaggeration. But the staff? These are good people who go out of their way. We wanted to stay an extra night and our room was not available - so they upgraded our room at no extra cost. I am having a tooth-ache, and Francesco (sp) actually called his own dentist to help us out. Obviously, I can't say enough about our blessed...

"Villa Tara is an exceptional accommodation; a historic building with character and unique charm. Very beautiful surroundings in the middle of nature. Very quiet location, yet well developed. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The perfect place to relax and get to know Succhivo, Sant Angelo, Panza and Forio. "We selected Samiramis as a bit of a splurge to recover from the marathon travel day from San Francisco. The staff were very helpful with arranging the airport transfer and early check in. The property was beautiful, with 4 thermal pools and wonderful views. We had thought we might have a day at Poseidon just down the road, but we enjoyed Samiramis so much, what was the point? We were certain we had made the right choice when we ran into the crowd leaving Poseidon at the end of the day and...
