"The property itself was beautiful but no walkable access to the beach. They have a shuttle to take you to the beach and forio. The pools and staff are very nice. My only complaint is our room was very far from the main property. It’s walkable but down a dark alley that is not well lit. And the room itself had terrible WiFi and the tiniest tv. The shower was small and overall the rooms need updated"

"El personal del hotel ha sido muy amable, pero no fue muy cómoda la estadía porque: 1) solo habia wifi en la recepción 2) nos toco una habitación que estaba al lado de un anfiteatro donde todas las noches habia música y shows para niños, imposible descansar hasta que eso terminara, 3) fue muy incómodo las pendientes pronunciadas que teniamos que subir cada vez que saliamos de la habitación y peor al momento de retirarnos con las valijas, 4) el desayuno no parecia italiano, muy poca variedad y...

"Buon hotel, soprattutto per la zona piscina. La colazione non è eccezionale ma per chi ama il dolce c'è abbastanza. È presente anche una macchinetta per fare cappuccino ecc La cosa peggiore probabilmente sono le stanze troppo antiquate. Ma purtroppo questo "problema" ad ischia è abbastanza comune. La posizione è strategica sia per le spiagge che per il centro. Non c'è niente vicinissimo ma tutto è raggiungibile in max 20 min a piedi. L'angolo bar e la cucina hanno prezzi onesti. Per concludere...

"Fabulous location minutes walk away from the beach and the town but far enough out to be quiet and peaceful. Vito our host was lovely, really helpful with tips and always smiling. "Our stay at Neptunus was excellent! The exterior lounge pool and green area of the property with the beautiful view of the sea, hills and sunset are one of the high points! We loved having drinks late afternoon and the lunch/dinner food was very good. The hotel is very close to Saint Angelo and to some nice beaches. And 20min from Aragonese castle. Overall a great experience for me and my spouse!"
