"For a five star hotel it was disappointing. First the positives… the pool, and pool area was wonderful and spacious. The buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. That’s where it ends. The check-in was terrible. The clerk didn’t even smile or offer us a welcome drink as other guests were given. Despite it being a VIP Expedia hotel we were not offered an upgrade. "Everything about the hotel is exceptional.
It is located near to Paceville so is busier during the evening/nightime but even with our Seaview and City room we didn’t hear a thing.
