"We were astonished as soon as we walked into this unit. It was on the 12th floor right on the harbour and the view is incredible. You can easily see where it gets is name from. "This property was great for my family and I. My only complaint was that it was impossible to find. We didn't receive the real address until check in time. Maybe it was our cell service but we we're unable to find the address given. Once we found it, we dropped a pin to remember how to get back each time we left the apartment. "The hotel was clean. The room was a good size. We had a large bed, which was comfortable for me but my friend found too soft. We stayed 4 days and asked for the room to be cleaned and it was done. The staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. Our room had a balcony and did overlook the local residents but it was not a problem. The hotel is located in a side street off the main road. It is near the harbour. There is also plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. I would stay here again. "

"Had another excellent stay at hotel. Highly visible management team ensure that high standards are maintained for guests. We stayed in a room with Mclub access and enjoyed using the lounge area, pre-dinner drinks and canapés are a lovely touch. New pool area is very clean and well organised, we especially liked that every lounger had access to shading umbrellas. The umbrellas had call buttons on them to call waiting team ensuring that guests had easy access to food and drinks when you wanted without having to catch staff as they passed. Hotel is very convenient for the efficient local bus service and the restaurants in the surrounding areas. Would highly recommended and will definitely return. "
