"The indoor pool is too cold to use but the hot tub was decent but did not produce strong jets. We stayed in room 325 which did not, I repeat DID NOT have any hot water. When we call the front desk about this issue they said you have to let the water run to heat up but since we had let it run for 45 minutes I'm not sure how long you're supposed to let it run in total. The next morning There still was not any hot water. The breakfast was awesome and most of the staff was enjoyable to conversate with it's just maintenance treats you like you're a stupid kid that doesn't know anything."

"Always a pleasant place to stay. Pet friendly is a plus. Great staff always a delight."

"The bar charged us for someone else's tab. It took over two weeks for someone to return my call and correct it. The rooms were dirty. Dead bugs in the bathroom that hadn't been swept up. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke."

"Not much to say other than too much money for no elevator or half of the vending machines and ice machine to not be working or stocked up"
