"We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well."

"We discovered Bahia del Sol completely by accident and are so lucky we did! After having problems the first night of our trip with a Vrbo booking, we came to Bahia Del Sol and immediately felt welcomed. The room was clean and spacious and the entire resort had an incredible ambience. Staff were very attentive; at any point that we needed assistance they immediately responded. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the happy hour where you could sit and watch the sunset...

One employee was sifting down and on his phone the entire time, did not come to take my order - when I even got up to ask him to order, he still didn’t get up to help me and I had to go up to the bar.
