"I had a grand 3 night stay at The Duckworth in July 2025. I was very grateful for the staff taking my luggage off my hands before I could check in and also texting me when my room was ready. As I was very much in need of a shower and rest that heads up was much appreciated. The location is fantastic - walkable easily to all parts of downtown with lots of restaurants, pubs and tourist attractions in East walking distance. "The property was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful but the entrance turnstile was closed off. The parking lot was confusing as construction was taking place the whole week I was there. It was difficult to know where to park; the paving staff are the ones that advised us of where not to park for the next morning as they were re-sealing the pavement. There were many barricades and the security gate was left open due to changes in their card system."
