"We had asked to check in early and they had told us yes it would be within an hour ! Three hours later at 3:00 pm we got our room ! I was disappointed in this we had made plans but cancelled them cause we were waiting on the hour time frame promised ! We saw tons of people check out cleaning staff was on duty you would have thought we could have gotten one room ready for us with two small children! "

"First, id like to give a shout out to my man Darius for the amazing welcome we received. The staff is just wonderful and friendly ! Now lets talk about vybes ! All gone ! As a cabin crew member, I use to recommend this hotel to so many people, unfortunately i will make sure to recommend people/ passengers to avoid this place going on ! The tiki bar is gone !!!! Its just a quiet boring hotel now andddd theyve added so many extra surcharges for so many things ! You end up paying more surcharges than the room itself 😂😅 ! Either way, thanks for the stay Hilton, but never again !"
