"Loved our stay at 34 Guesthouse, we were visiting for a wedding nearby and the room was lovely, curated to the smallest detail, clean and cosy. The staff was very communicative and kind. I'd like to go back and see another room - they are all tastefully themed based on different Portuguese regions. Highly reccommend."

"This is an awesome place to stop for a vacation very close to the beach (2 minutes by car or 15 minutes jogging). The kitchen has plenty of pots and utensils, a gas stove and a fridge. You may also make new friends cause there might be other people renting other rooms. There are many restaurants around and a superstore. We'll stop there again on our next trip to Portugal. "

"We stayed at Hall Chiado for two nights before heading up the coast. The apartment was in a perfect location for a whistle-stop tour of Lisbon. It was also cool, quiet and very clean. Had a great stay. "

"I was so pleased with my room, I wish I had a longer stay there! The location was excellent for walking around to see the sights. There were shops nearby. I attended the Fado at the restaurant next door and it was amazing. So glad the staff at the hotel recommended I go."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
