Nice room, its a old building with charm but very comfortable for a couple. No issues with walking upstairs... felt secured and it in the middle of street and walk to many key touristic places. Enjoyed it.
Clean room and all amenities as described and expected. The best part was our ease of check in and out and our wonderful host, he was delightful and showed us around our building and neighborhood. The views of the city were amazing from our room on the 3rd floor with access to downtown Belem.
Room was awesome, staff were friendly and accommodating, lots to see and do in the area and public transportation was safe and easy to use, no language issues, highly recommended!
Pedro is a gentleman. He took care of my stay with open arms. Extremely grateful to have stayed in this lovely well located and comfortable place. Highly recommend it.
Fantastic place and location. Pedro is so friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Close to all the Belém action and train station. Exceeded our expectations for the price.
People are very very nice! Beautiful hotel ! Near The monasteries of Jeronimo and next door of pastei of Belem. Refrigerator in the room very practical for a family. I recommend to everyone!!! Thank you very much to all of the team ;)
Pedro was an excellent host! Great comfortable rooms. Hotel is secure and in the excellent west end of Lisbon. Absolutely would stay there again!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The top of the door in my first room on the first floor was open/broken and leads to the courtyard. It seems unsafe. I wish it was clearer when I booked that there is no 24 hour reception. It makes me worry in case I could not get back in or had an emergency issue. I didn't get the codes by email for my second stay but the same ones to get in the building were not changed so I was able to get in. Seems like that could be a safety issue since lots of people now have the codes. Rooms were clean and staff were nice though I had to wait a bit when I first got there for someone to come to drop my bags. I really like the area.
Really easy to access the property and it's in a nice busy area where you can find easily walk out to food, cafes and many museums and monuments to see. Also great access to transit.
Very comfortable room; exceptionally kind, friendly and accommodating staff! 10/10 would recommend and will return!

Room with a beautiful garden view and balcony
Room with a beautiful garden view and balcony. It was challenging to get hot water in the morning in spite of confirmation of hot water service during the hotel reservations. However Anna in cafeteria finally helped me to get hot water.
I have mobility issues and since our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator a young female staff carried our bags to our room. Service above and beyond. Manager Pedro was also very welcoming.
I liked my stay here. The location was great. I had so tv issues and I didn't like that i was told to put my toilet paper in the garbage and not in the toilet! I think it's only for specific room! But over it was ok. I had a kitchenette with dishes, but no sponge or cloth to clean anything with and no detergent? I had a huge refrigerator! And for some reason my light on my night srand didn't work. So i had to always use the bright ceiling light. The location is good if your visiting Belem! I would recommend it!
We reserved a family studio.
The room was very spacious and had a working air conditioning! We went in April and the two other hotels we went to before this one thought it was too early to allow AC.. so we had to open the windows and endure the noise in the street during the night. So, we were really happy when we saw that the AC was working at this hotel.
It is located in the heart of Belém, which was really nice.
They change the towels every 3 days and bedsheets once per week, but it was okay with us since we already change our bedsheets once per week at home and we care about the environment. Otherwise, the room is clean !
The only major downside is that they don't have an elevator so you have to climb a set of steep stairs with your suitcase (we had two 25kg suitcases, so it was a nightmare). They could at least put a ramp to roll our suitcases on.
Also, we arrived at 12pm at the hotel and the door was locked. We then learned there is no reception before 3pm and after 8pm. However, once you check in they give you a PIN Code and you can access the building at anytime.
The owner, Pedro, is the one at the reception. He is very nice and speak many languages! He was a bit intense/too much and talked a lot at first (our feet were in pain so we couldn't wait to reach our room) but was more discreet and respectful of our privacy in the next days.
You'll have to take the bus/metro if you want to go downtown Lisbon and it is generally crowded.
I would still go again !
