"Check in was easy but this place needs a serious upgrade. The elevator jumps bad, the carpet had a light smell, the microwave looks like something that was found in the trash, the little fridge made so much noise, the toilet constantly ran, the bathroom door slides open and shut and wakes the room up it's so noisy. My room had to be switched at 2am when I woke my son up to use the bathroom and we saw 2 roaches. The front desk just said o we can switch your room. The new room had no microwave, the light kept flickering, the toilet water kept running ending up checking out after 1 night and still had 2 more nights. Went to front desk and asked to speak with a manager because I wanted to check out earlier due to the conditions of the hotel he wouldn't even come speak with me the woman just said there are no refunds. No one even apologized like this is a common complaint"

"My family and I had a fantastic time. Everything was clean and maintained. There were so many activities and amenities for everyone to enjoy themselves that we didn’t want to leave the property. This will be where we stay every time we visit Orlando. Very Satisfied"

"I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years. It used to be clean, this time our house was dirty, mainly the floors. The floors, walls, and carpet were dirty. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Overall the amenities are great, kids loved it. "

"This would be our 4th time at the cottages at Margaritaville Orlando, as always it was an amazing stay! First time for my Mother and Brother enjoying a real Family get together and they loved it , specially knowing that sunset walk and waterpark were just a few steps away from resort , from dinning to entertainment overall a good family gathering and stay . We will see you soon this time with more family members as the word got out of this great resort ! Only negative was our go to bar runner was not there anymore at the pool bar (Mauricio) was a great worker and we were sad to know he was no longer part of margaritaville ..hopefully they will bring him back ! Chris and front desk was awesome and efficient as well !"
