"Great hotel, nice staff and wonderful location."

"Our first time staying here. The check in staff was friendly and greeted us with warm cookies. We were heading to the Graton Casino which they provide a free shuttle service until 3am. We also received a free complimentary drink coupon. The bartender was great as well and the drinks were pretty good as well. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will be staying here again!"

"The facility was great but there were multiple motion detectors in the room that frequently lit up. Also something in the room beeped throughout the night."

"I stay at this hotel often. It is very nice. Staff is great. The rooms are usually well maintained. Breakfast is ok. Coffee is good though I wish they could offer dark roast as well. Parking is easy and convenient. What I do not understand is why they charge $7.00 for parking. It is a dedicated lot and not shared with other entities. Parking charges feel like a scam."

"The overall stay was fine . Staff neglected to say the room had no microwave when I purchased frozen meals from the sundry selection, so that was a waste of $$ . I did see where the microwave is located the next morning at checkout. It's near the elevator on each floor ?"

"We stayed here for 1 night last May 16th 2026 after a 3.5-hour drive from Humboldt Redwoods State Park. The Front Desk staff were very kind and courteous! Our "1 King Bed" room on the 2nd floor was very spacious, comfortable and clean. However, either the walls or the ceiling was not soundproofed. Late at night when we were trying to sleep, we could hear another customer dropping and dragging heavy items in their room, we could hear their television, and we could hear them talking and later...

"Room backed up to freeway; kept me up most of the night ; Access to hallway door right next to our room; People kept slamming door all night; Not to happy with these faults"
