"The in room coffee machine did not work. I used the microwave to heat the water. The desk staff was super helpful and gave us pointers about travelling down town. There was a metro line stand right outside of the motel."

"People please on the lookout. This Nexus scam you big time. They advertise free breakfast and swimming pool. Turn out, swimming pool was closed all 5 days that we stayed and they charged us $127 for breakfast on top of hotel fee and parking free. TOTALLY A SCAM. You guys are the worse hotel experience that we have!"

"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."
