"This property is extremely dated had terribly maintained. The customer service was shocking with much of the staff surprisingly hostile to guests and just not interested. The attitudes were simply unacceptable for any industry never mind the hospitality industry. The staff need better support and training in hospitality. Since the property is quite secluded, it’s ideal for couples looking to unwind rather than for those seeking nightlife or lots of activities.
