"The staff was wonderful. The location was perfect. We were a bit flummixed by the lack of wording on appliances and in other places, there are only unfamiliar symbols to decipher. But we figured things out. There was a problem with the washer/dryer, but we didn't discover it until the evening before we left, so I don't know how responsive the were to fix it once we reported it.
