"It was clean fresh and well Maintained. Staff was friendly and courteous."

"Towel replacement was an issue, housekeeping does not replenish towels…you have to ask the supervisor to give them to you if you’re staying for more then one night, sink was not draining, maintenance did not fix it even though it was reported on the first day"

"We had specifically asked for a connecting room a day before we got there, when we got to the Hotel, we had to insisted that we need a connecting room, or else they would not have given us the connecting room. We were 2 families with kids in each room. We had called after our booking and also few days before we came that we would like to have connecting room. It would be nice if these requests can be looked at by the staff more seriously. "

"No staff on site at all for check-in or security purposes, or anything else. Lobby locked with no amenities. Insects in the bathroom, street level room access made me uncomfortable, safety wise. Property certainly not as attractive as the photos appeared. The place gave me a creepy vibe overall and I could not stay the night. Low-ish cost was not enough for me to ever try another stay. "
