"A jewel of a hotel. It’s like walking into an alternate world were everything is beautiful, polished, chic, happy and done with extreme taste. In top of everything, it is so strategically located. I had an Issue with a not very friendly staff clerk at arrival but the rest of the staff was beyond believe… friendly, attentive, professional and caring. Definitely my place to stay when in Amsterdam but next time, need to get a canal view for the full experience. "

"The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect central location. The restaurants were great and the service gracious. The room was comfortable. What made it spectacular was that I fell and injured myself on the ice (record cold during my stay), a member of the bell staff found out, and the night manager called me, and everyone on the staff was very helpful. They even sent a messenger out to purchase Ibuprofen for me, and delivered ice packs to my room. Thy made the stay very personal. It was not...
