"I used to stay for a night and thought it's enough because just to go back to hotel and sleep for a few hours but didn't expect this cozy clean room! everything was modernized, and the area is super convenient for most of central London."

"The room was small but clean and tidy. The air conditioning was good. The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation so the steam wet everything. The towel warming bar didn’t work. Housekeeping was ok, everyday they did less it seemed. The front desk staff were nice but not helpful. They didn’t even know what a towel warming rack was lol. "Why 3 stars? Well it comes down to the WC being next to the bed and we were in a large room. Great if you’re on your own but I’m certain your partner will not appreciate the noise and smells that your morning routine will create! The rest of the hotel is 5*. Great staff but it’s no good having the toilet basically right next to the sleeping end of the bed!"
