"I really enjoyed my stay at this property, the room was large, clean and had everything you need! If I had known i was going to love it so much I would have extended my stay here. There is good transport connections around this property too but no sights, it's mainly residential which was nice to be in the quiet for a little while. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, honestly highly recommend if you've been travelling a while and need some peace and quiet but still able to access many areas...

"Super clean and convenient to all the Shibuya attractions. 5 min walk from Shibuya station making all of Tokyo accessible and a very friendly staff 10/10 would recommend. While the rooms are not large, they are adequate for the organized traveler. "

"Stayed for 9 nights with a family of 4 and our stay was fantastic. The people at the front desk were fantastic with some helpful suggestions for dinner. The rooms are clean and serviced everyday and the hotel is close to many convenience stores which have everything. Highly recommend and would stay back there when I come back to Tokyo."

"Just finished a four day stay at the hotel and it was a great stay. We are traveling with a toddler so having access to a kitchen, feeding chair, a crib, and space for her to run around helped ease the stress of traveling with a small child. The staff was so attentive and professional. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. "

"I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

"The bus stop is located directly across the street, and the train station is an 8-minute walk away. If you don't mind using public transportation, this location is perfect for you. "Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common."

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel. The room is on the small side (glad I booked the Superior Double room) but this is not unusual for Tokyo hotels. Extra big king-size bed and additional pillow appreciated. I also appreciated the shower in bathtub with good water pressure and a good range of toiletries. The shampoo and liquid body wash have a wonderful and calming feel and scent. Hotel even provided pyjamas for guests to use during their stay. Location-wise, the hotel isn’t in the most central of Tokyo areas. Selecting this feature is deliberate - the beauty of the hotel is that it is located slightly outside the busy Tokyo areas in a quiet neighbourhood, providing respite after one's senses have been assaulted in the busy areas of Tokyo. It is however an easy 5 to 8 minutes' walk to the nearest subway and JR station and also to restaurants in the neighbourhood and in and around the Tokyo Dome area. The hotel has thoughtfully provided 3 massage chairs in a room at the 3rd floor which, if one is lucky with timing, are available for guests to use. "
