"The airport shuttle details were not clear upon booking so I had to Uber to the property. The pool isn't available until sometime mid May and the front staff doesn't have the best demeanor. I had a layover and on the morning of checkout, the airport shuttle was late. The room was ok but the lock wasn't working properly. Ac is working as it should but I will never stay here again. Sticking to Wyhndam"

"The staff was amazing!!! The room was okay but the bath tub was NOT. It was old and it had stains and was just not in decent condition. For almost $200 CAD for 1 night, things could’ve been better. "

"Great hotel just don’t get the room overlooking pool noisy and they must leave the music on at night somewhere down stairs we could hear it all night. Plus freeway noisy that side of hotel. Other wise great staff, held the baggage until room ready, food nearby walking distance. Check out a breeze. Free Shuttle from airport and a paid shuttle to cruise ship. Worked great!"
