It is the most charming and beautiful building and rooms with a perfect location to reach anything in the city you need either by walking or by public transport. The Cafe downstairs is amazing and the staff were all incredibly friendly and efficient. It’s a must stay for a couple nights of Budapest!"

The AC in my room was not working, management were excellent at brining in two portable units and allowed switch the next day when it was determined the repair would take longer.
